Summary
As a Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to Simplot. You will work with a team of experts to design, configure, and maintain Identity systems supporting both Internal IAM and Customer Identity (CIAM) that meet the business needs and security requirements of Simplot. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of those solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Simplot’s IAM and CIAM needs and requirements and provide recommendations and solutions.
Design, configure, test, and deploy Identity systems using various tools and technologies.
Lead product focused initiatives that support an Identity practice, such as developing new features, enhancing existing functionalities, and improving user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to Identity systems.
Document and maintain the IAM and CIAM processes, policies, and standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices within Identity Management
Typical Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Identity Access Management, or equivalent Delivery Analyst experience within similar systems.
Familiarity with Enterprise Security Preferred knowledge and skills in IAM and CIAM tools and technologies, such as Sailpoint, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, etc.
Experience in leading product focused initiatives that support an Identity practice.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
